Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.
TrackSEL Pro ("the App") is a behavior point tracking tool designed for educators. This privacy policy explains how the App handles data.
The App is developed by Eric Stewart ("we", "us", "our").
All data entered into the App — including student names, behavior records, class information, staff profiles, and notes — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
We do not collect, transmit, or have access to:
The App may request permission to send local push notifications (behavior alerts, point entry reminders). These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
The App includes a CSV export feature. When you use this feature, you control where the exported file goes. We have no access to exported data.
The App is a tool for educators. While it stores student names for tracking purposes, this data is entered by and controlled by authorized school staff. The App does not collect data directly from children, does not require student accounts, and does not transmit any student data off the device.
Schools using this App are responsible for compliance with FERPA and applicable student privacy laws.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs, APIs, or external services integrated into the App.
Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its data through iOS Settings.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
